5 Day Itinerary

  • Day 1:

    Local departure by coach, then on to Torquay and our hotel for four nights. We enjoy a mulled wine with a mince pie on arrival to get us into the Christmas spirit.

  • Day 2: Christmas Eve in Exeter

    Today we travel via the beautiful Teign Valley to reach the city of Exeter. Pre-dating the arrival of the Romans, Exeter has a rich and long history and has a wealth of attractions celebrating this, from its imposing Roman wall to its magnificent, Gothic cathedral and the Royal Albert Memorial Museum. Stroll along the beautiful Quayside or discover the shops, boutiques and cafes on the cobbled Gandy Street - perfect to do a little Christmas Eve shopping!

  • Day 3: Christmas Day at leisure

    Merry Christmas! Relax in Torquay, open some presents, tuck into a traditional turkey dinner, and enjoy the festive atmosphere in the hotel with your fellow travellers.

  • Day 4: Boxing Day in Teignmouth

    This morning we visit the stunning coastal town of Teignmouth. Hugging the shore where the River Teign meets the sea, Teignmouth is a traditional seaside resort with a classic Victorian pier and small fishing port. We return to the hotel for a festive cream tea.
